Mocha Breed: Catahoula Leopard Dog mix Age: 4 months +/-; Spayed Female Weight: 20 pounds Dogs: Yes Cats: Yes Kids: 6+ Crate Trained : Yes House Trained : Yes Location: Connecticut Mocha is a sweet playful puppy with so much potential! She is a very quick learner if food is involved which makes her a very easy girl to train! She loves to play with her foster brothers and give her foster kitty tons of kisses! When shes done playingshe has no problems finding the closest lap to curl up and nap in. She certainly enjoys her beauty sleep and is not a fan of her doggie brothers trying to wake her, but has no problems being handled by people when asleep. She would love a home with either a doggie friend to play with or active family memebers who will play with her until she tires! Once your application has been received and reviewed, you will be contacted via email or phone by one of our volunteers. After your application is approved, the foster parent for the dog you have selected will contact you to answer any questions you may have and determine if that dog is a good match for your family. If you have no particular dog in mind, we will be happy to keep your application on file and notify you if the right dog should come into rescue. Catahoula Rescue of New England is an all-volunteer group. Dogs in our program are fostered by volunteers. The foster homes care for our dogs as if they were their own. All dogs have received vaccinations appropriate to age and are spayed or neutered. Mocha's adoption donation is $400 which includes Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella, fecal test, heartworm test when appropriate and is on preventative, microchip, and neuter. We do not have a physical shelter, all of our dogs are fostered in individual foster homes across the New England and Canada.
