About Giselle

Norwegian Forest Cat / Domestic Cat
Age: Adult
Sex: Female

Giselle is a feral cat who got in to my house several years ago when I still had other, older cats. She learned to use the litter box quickly, and got along with the other cats as long as they left her alone. However, she HATES my dog and will go out of her way to attack him. The house I lived in at the time allowed me to keep them separated, but I am now downsizing and this will put one animal or the other in danger eventually. At the moment she lives in the back room, so there is no immediate danger to her, but she'll be miserable if she has to live there forever. It is important that potential adopters understand that she is a FERAL cat. She will occasionally let you see her, and even more rarely she will play with toys, but you will never be able to pet her. However, she's lived in my house long enough now that she won't do well as a barn cat or outdoor cat. However, if you have a heated building of any kind with a mouse problem - you won't for long! Giselle is an AMAZING mouser. And she mostly cleans up after herself! She will come with toys, a bed, a cat tower (she does lover windows with a view!), a cat box, food and litter. Please email [email protected] with questions or if you are interested - thanks! P.S. Her breed and age are guesses based on pictures I showed people who know cats.
