About Babie

This beautiful girl is Babie, a full bred Boston Terrier. She is between 5 -6 years old and weighs 17 pounds, and is microchipped. She came to us when her owner had to go into a nursing home. Babie was used to living in a bedroom, and not going outside. But now, she loves to go outside and has mastered her housebreaking skills! Babie is a very friendly, sweet girl, but is nervous. Because of this, she would not be a good fit for a home with children. We also feel that Babie would be happiest as an only dog. However, it is possible that she could coexist with one other dog, about the same size as her. A meet and greet would be needed. She loves to snuggle with her foster mom. She had some skin issues but is on medication now and is looking much better. Babie also tested positive for heartworms and has started her treatment. Our rescue will continue to pay for this treatment until she tests negative. If you'd like to make Babie a part of your family, please submit an application for this sweet girl.
