Meet Austin, a 9 month old, retriever mix, who is currently at the high kill SEAACA shelter, in Downey, California, after his owners were no longer able to care for him. Austin is code red/urgent. This means that he is on the list to be euthanized simply because the shelter does not have enough space for all of the animals. Austin is good with other dogs, as he has been kenneled with other dogs. Austin has many more years of life in him, especially since he is just a puppy! If you or someone you know is interested in adopting him, please call the SEAACA animal shelter or send a message to the email listed below. Fostering (providing a temporary home) will also save his life. Fostering is free as the rescue provides all of the necessities such as vetting, food, and grooming, while the dog is in foster care. If you or someone you know is interested in fostering this sweet boy, please send a message to the email listed below. I know that together, we can save this boy's life.
