About double yellow headed a

Lala bird is a 20 year old double yellow head amazon parrot who only loved my mom since we brought him home in 1997. He just attacked my mom this past week twice for no apparent reason except possible jealousy because my other parrot stayed with them for a few days.She can't take care of him anymore for this reason. I gave him to her appx. 6 years ago because he kept viciously attacking me and she was the only one whom he liked and wouldn't hurt. He also hurt my other parrot before he left my house. He needs someone who is very experienced with this kind of amazon parrot. I wouldn't want anyone to get hurt from him, including any other birds, as he has been unpredictable. He is a very talented talker at times and he can be funny. He is big and beautiful, and healthy. He is used to lots of love and gourmet catered food from my cook mom who has always spoiled him. It is very sad to find him a new home, my mom loves him but she doesn't want to lose an eye either. mom is over 70. I often wondered if he should be euthanized because of these tendencies to attack people but my vet said years ago they don't do that to birds. I hope someone has a solution for Lala bird.
