This sweet girl gets so excited when she sees someone she knows coming toward her kennel that she displays a big 'teethy' SMILE while her bum and tail briskly swing side to side as she anxiously awaits a sign that you're coming for her. Once her kennel door swings opens, and a leash attached, all is perfect in her world and she is content. Jasmine doesn't ask for much. She walks well on a leash but is quite happy just sitting with you and being petted. And, if you stop petting her before she's ready, she'll let you know by nudging her nose under your arm repeatedly until you resume petting. She can be stubborn, but in a cute/playful way. She sometimes decides she doesn't want to walk anymore and will just plop down for a rest in an unplanned spot. That's her way of letting you know that she's ready for the petting to begin. By no fault of her own, Jasmine was surrendered to the Shelter due to a family situation after being adopted a few years back. She wants so much to be part of a real family again.
