About Forrest

Forrest is a 1year old chihuahua mix pup who came to the rescue with his sister as strays. After looking for the family with no success, we are now looking to find a loving forever home to keep Forrest off of the streets for good. Forrest is understandably a little skittish when first meeting new people. He learns to trust slowly and once he does he loves to see his people! He gets excited and jumps for joy. Forrest will need a quiet, gentle and patient home that will allow him the time he needs to learn to trust and adjust to his new settings. Although he needs gentle loving, Forrest will still do best in an active home as he LOVES to run and play, and he just might be the fastest boy in Phoenix! Forrest would do best in a home with another dog who will play with Forrest, without being too dominant. Forrest would not be a good fit for small children, and would need dog savvy older kids who understand to move slowly, quietly and on Forrest's time. Forrest is 14 pounds and full grown. His adoption fee is $220. He is altered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, licensed, and vet checked. His adoption comes with 30 days of free pet insurance and a free vet visit.
