About Cody

Cody is part of our March Madness Adoption Special and his fee is cut in half until March 31st! Cody is a 2yr old male Chihuahua looking for his forever home. This beautiful boy was taken the county shelter after he was found and has been attacked by a larger dog. He had an open wound on his neck and many lacerations. Thankfully, he has made a full recovery. He is hoping to find a family to love and care for him forever and ever :) He is a small little guy, weighing in at 9lbs, with beautiful eyes and coloring. He's a lover, not a fighter, and he does kiss on the first date! Cody is very sweet with pretty much everyone he meets. He does well with other dogs too, but they must be small. He kind of holds a grudge towards the big guys which is understandable. We haven't seen him around kids or cats. He walks well on a leash, and is kennel trained. Because he was a stray, we aren't sure if he is housebroken. He loves toys that make noise and will become a little acrobat as soon as he hears that squeak! Cody would do well in an active to semi-active home. His adoption fee is $260 (special of $130). He is altered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, licensed, and vet checked.
