Lucy should live in a place with a yard to run in. We go for walks frequently and she is most alive when off leash in the woods. She has very good recall and is no danger of running away. Bonds very strongly to humans. She is very snuggly indoors. She has successfully shared a home with another pit mix and a border collie in the past but generally she has a hard time with other dogs indoors. Outside , she often meets other dogs and plays with big dogs. There is some amount of scuffling common if left too long unattended but she has never bitten another dog since living with me ~15 months. She often lunges and barks at younger children. This often cause the kids to run and cry but kids have never been hurt. I live in town and travel a lot. I think lucy would be much better served by a rural(or big yard) long term home.
