About NIGEL

NIGEL IS IN A BOARDING FACILITY AND NOT DOING WELL. THIS SWEET HAPPY BOY IS SUFFERING SEVERELY FROM KENNEL STRESS AND DESPERATELY NEEDS A FOSTER FAMILY, PREFERABLY WITHOUT KIDS OR OTHER DOGS SO HE CAN GET THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF ATTENTION NEEDED TO HEAL. WITHOUT INTERVENTION HE WILL CONTINUE TO DETERIORATE. THIS IS NIGEL: I'm NIGEL, a 1.5-year-old, 55 lb., male Black Mouth Cur mix who is ready for spring training and anxious to get into the field to retrieve balls for the Phillies...or the Yankees...or the Mets...I'm not picky. I just know I have mad fetching skills and am fast as lightning, but I need to brush up on 'drop' and other doggie commands. I'll make a great teammate because I'm sweet and loving (but don't tell the other guys...they might think I'm a softy...which I am, but I don't think we need to spread this info around the locker room, ok?). I like other dogs and older kids, but no cats, please. I'm housebroken and crate trained. If you'd like to be my coach and have a nice stadium (I mean yard) we can play in, I'll be your MVP in no time. I'm NIGEL! Come get me super fast.
