About Little Critter Litter

Adoption Fee: 350
Pit Bull / American Staffordshire Terrier
Age: Young Puppy

Nina came to us from her owner, because when he found out she was pregnant when he bought her he knew he was in over his head. Just hours after coming to us Nina began giving birth (on 12/20/17) to her five little babies we have called the Little Critter Litter. These babies will be ready to go home as of Valentine's Day, 2/14/18, but we are currently accepting applications! Before you submit an application it is very IMPORTANT to understand the following: Any puppy applications we get will not be guaranteed to have the first puppy of their choice. We ask that when you submit your application you list your TOP THREE favorites. Once your application is approved and the puppies are old enough for us to know their personalities better, we will then select one of the three that will fit into your family the best. This choice will be made when the puppies are 6 weeks old, and at that time you will be able to meet your future puppy in person! Here are the details on each puppy (in birth order), keep in mind their coloring may change as they age and some of the black/white pups are developing brindle: - Beaver: Brindle Female. She has been consistently the first puppy to do everything, from being born to opening her eyes or standing for the first time. Might be a sign she is one smart cookie! - Possum: White and Black Female with a unique beauty mark on her right cheek. She has been unique from the start, whether in her markings or behavior! She is easy to spot in the group because she does EVERYTHING upside down! - Skunk: White and Black Female with black patch over right eye. Skunk is the runt of the litter and is much smaller than her siblings. It could be because she had a tougher delivery, but she is gaining weight like it's her job and is thriving! - Squirrel: White and Black Male with black patch over right eye. This big chunk is the monster of the litter, and much bigger than his brother and sisters. He is definitely the cuddliest puppy of the litter and loves to be held and cuddled! - Fox: Brindle and White Male. Fox is truly a lucky pup as he was almost lost during childbirth, but luckily we were there to assist Momma Nina and help him come in to the world successfully. This lucky boy is now thriving along with the rest and is one of the most active of the litter. Applications can be submitted at www.waywardranch.org
