SAY HELLO TO MONKEY! Monkey is a super cute super sweet Miniature Poodle boy. Weighing in at just 10 pounds, this 6 year old little boy is such a pleasure to all he meets. He is just so happy to meet you and drinks in the 'oohs and aahhs' that come his way. Monkey came to us as a stray. Though all efforts were exhausted to find his prior owners, they were never found. Monkey came to us in rough shape. His prior owner allowed his teeth to rot and decay which resulted in a painful mouth infection ... so much so that when he went to our Veterinarian for his dental, all but one canine tooth had to be extracted. But he still eats his softened food like a champ! With infected mouth and healthy mouth, Monkey is always a happy boy! He is VERY playful with all his mates that live with him. He would thrive in a home that has another dog that is similar in age, size and sweet temperament. Monkey very much enjoys his walks on his leash meeting everyone in the neighborhood. He also rides so well in the car taking in all the sites, smells and sounds. Monkey is mostly housetrained, but like all rescues, he will need gentle guidance until he becomes accustomed to her new family's routine as to where to go and what to do. Monkey is a longer coated breed that will require weekly brushing as well as professional grooming every 6 to 8 weeks to keep him looking handsome! Monkey's adoption fee is $375.00. This fee includes his Veterinarian Wellness visits, neuter, complete professional dental cleaning with extractions, all vaccinations including Rabies and Bordatella, de-worming microchip and professional groom.
