About Bear the teddy bear

Hello there! My name is Bear (as in Teddy Bear), and I'm an ultra-sweet, gentle, friendly brown tabby Maine Coon/ domestic medium hair mix fella with a big fluff of a tail who was born in December 2015. Don't you agree that I have the face of a cherub? I'm still relatively young and probably haven't reached my full 'gentle giant' size, and the Maine Coon mix's ruff around my face hasn't filled out yet but should as I mature. All I know is that I'm a sweetheart who loves people and other cats. Although I haven't been around kids or dogs, if I'm like most laid-back Maine Coons, I would probably be great around them too with the proper introductions. Would you believe that a handsome dude like me was living in an apartment parking lot, dumpster-diving, and competing for food with several other kitties whom a lady was feeding? When my rescuer realized that this lady wasn't getting any of us vetted or fixed, she brought me to safety into the Buster's Friends' program. That was my glorious day when I kissed my hardscrabble life good-bye and started enjoying the comforts of the indoor life of Riley: brimming food and water bowls, cozy beds, and plenty of T.L.C. from my foster meowmy. My fur coat and weight are already reaping the benefits of plenty of nourishing groceries. Since there are lots of households in which I'd fit like a glove, I think I'd make a fantastic family pet for just about anyone. So don't waste any time arranging to meet me.
