Hi! My name is Creeks! I'm a nine month old Basenji mix who weighs in at 28 pounds. I'm a very sweet little guy, but can be a bit bashful when I meet new people. I am very, very submissive, and respond very well to gentle hands and soft voices. After that, I don't stay shy for very long! I am very affectionate, and will lay in your lap for hours if you'll let me. I have the sweetest face, and my tail wags when I am happy. My coat is very soft, and a have medium length fur. I am very calm and laid back with a good energy level. I am scared of loud noises and barking dogs, but I am overcoming my fear every passing day. When I came into the shelter, I hid under my bed all day long. Now I love to give doggy kisses and being petted. I'm looking for a soft-spoken owner with a gentle touch.
