About Rosie

How many times is poor Rosie going to be let down? This sweet girl has been in and out of county her whole life! I don't get it?? She is a good dog, she is good with dogs and great with people. She was on the elist of 2/16 and saved, sadly she ended up back at county in july! Her owner knew she was there but refused to pay the fee to reclaim her! Again she was rescued, and again finds herself at county wondering what she did wrong! This is horrible! This girl is so sweet and deserves a for reals forever home. It must be really confusing to her! She is potty trained, house trained, and just a sweet gal! Please let me know if you would like to meet her, and only if you can be commited to her for the rest of her life. I don't want to see her at the shelter ever again! Ever!
