Gina was living on the streets with a painful eye condition. She was trapped and brought to the shelter, where she was mislabeled as feral. She was at the shelter for over three months. She needed entropion surgery on her eye and was being passed over. H.E.L.P. rescued her and got her the much needed surgery. She's been recovering in her foster home and is now ready for her forever home. Gina is the sweetest cat you will ever meet, ready to form an epic bond with her person. She's a Bonafide lap cat, she loves to snuggle - she also loves to be gently brushed. The more you pamper her, the more she pampers you back with purrs, cuddles and massages. She is scared and timid around dominant animals. However, if there was another sweet sibling, she is quite capable of getting along. Gina thrives on having a safe space to retreat to when she is alone but she will come out when called. She's so grateful that she's off the streets and her eye is healing. She loves sitting on the couch and is ready to make someone very happy. She shows her gratitude every day.
