About Salty

Look at this handsome boy named Salty! He is a Poodle mix who is estimated to be 10 years old. He was found as a stray and brought into a local shelter. Well, we just couldn't let this sweetie stay there so we took him on his freedom ride! He was clearly neglected based on what he looked like when we picked him up He feels so much better after having a bath, nail clip, and haircut, which he desperately needed. Salty weighs in at 16 pounds, and is heartworm negative. He is also microchipped. He is good with other dogs, but would not want to share his home with cats. Salty is housebroken. He is a very sweet boy, but is a little skittish. He startles with quick movements which tells us he wouldn't be suitable for a home with young children. We think he would be fine with older kids, but he has not been tested with them yet. This senior boy is looking for his retirement home to spend the rest of life in and be forever loved.
