Meet Thunder. He is an owner relinquish who was adopted as a puppy and has found his way to rescue by no fault of his own. His previous owners never took the time to train him, vaccinate him, or have him neutered. Because of his lack of socialization, he needs to go into a home with no other dogs or small children. An experienced dog owner is a must as he needs to learn manners and trust. Once he earns your trust he loves to cuddle on you!
