About Brodie

Adoption Fee: $500
Yorkie
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

Rehoming our 2 year old Male Yorkie. Birthday is estimated to be Feb/March 2016 (so, almost 2 years) Brodie is wonderful and my husband is very attached but we just have too many animals (a few are special needs) and not enough time to really spend with Brodie. He is a GREAT vacation dog if you have an RV. We took him with us to Washington from San Diego and he was great! If you're looking for a velcro dog that does not have separation anxiety, than this little guy is for you. He is: -8 to 10lbs (no more than 10) -Crate trained (I'd leave him in a crate if you leave the house) -potty trained -lives with other dogs (big) -lives with cats (He does like to stalk them. If a cat strikes back at him he gets scared and runs away) -lives with children (He doesn't care for kids but does great with them) -up to date on shots/except for rabies which is due Dec 2017 - this month -neutered/had baby teeth extracted back in April cause they were not coming out per the vet -microchipped but will need you to change the information. -poops are good and no history of illnesses -Does not like the vacuum He is very much an adult companion dog and loves men and loves to be near you when you're home. He will lay in your lap, next to you when in bed or at your feet. He will bark if he needs to but not an annoying yapper. He does like to chase after tennis balls. He really is a true companion. He does like shoes, so make sure to put them away and he likes kid toys that are wood or silicone. He does get groomed about every 3 months so please keep that in mind for this breed. He eats Kirklands Maintenance from Costco and comes with bowls, collar, leash, crate, food and a few outfits. :-)
