About Toby

Adoption Fee: $350
Lab mix
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

Happy 2018! I resolve to find a family that I can love for the rest of my life. Come on, let's make this happen. I am a 2 year old, neutered lab mix. While the rest of the world will be dieting to take off those extra holiday pounds, I will be chowing down. I spent some time as a stray. When the Animal Control Officer picked me up, I was skin and bones. I am now in a foster home and eating to my heart's content. Having no meat on my bones really stinks when the temperature is in the teens. Though I love the great outdoors, I can't bear to be out for longer than a few minutes. That's okay because I also love to snuggle on the couch. A quiet guy with a gentle, sweet disposition, I get along with all creatures great and small. I ride nicely in the car, come when I am called, sit on command and am fine in a crate. My dream family would be active people who are around during the day so that I get lots of love and attention. If you have to work ( I know..bills need to be paid and I need to eat), I would not mind going to doggie daycare. Neutered, microchipped, negative for Heartworm and Lyme disease, I am ready to ring in the new year. All I need is some vaccinations which I will be getting soon. If you would like to meet me, please fill out an adoption application. NOTE: Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
