About Sage

Meet Sage! Sage is ready for her furever home! She is a sweet girl and is up to date on vaccinations and spayed. Here is a description of her from her foster mom: 'She's a puppy with a mouth full of double teeth that are very sharp. Whomever adopts her needs to be patient with her puppy 'qualities'. Small children will need to be carefully watched because of her teeth. She knows when it's bedtime and goes to bed (in her kennel) on her own. She knows when I put on my socks and shoes that I'm leaving and goes to her kennel on her own. She's playful,a bit rough and toilet paper rolls are her favorite when she's going through this period of playfulness! She is very loving and her little body melts into you when you pick her up. She loves napping on your lap. She only likes our bed to play on. She has never stayed on it long enough to realize it's comfort! She is used to a collar but does not like the leash. She will need work with that. She loves the outdoors,warm or cold. She is potty trained if you have a doggie door. She will whine to go out if the doggie door is closed. But if you don't pay attention she will potty on the floor. She's very smart and learns most things easy. She loves both men and women and kids if they don't rush her. She will hide if she feels threatened. She reacts well to praise. She is full of love to give her new family.'
