About Buck

Meet Buck! Buck is estimated to be about 1 1/2 yrs old with some rough times behind him- obvious from his embedded collar injury and the possible burn scar on his rear leg. Buck is 40 lbs of happy energy and he gets along well with other dogs and is potty trained. Buck loves to meet new people and does well on the leash for walks. Buck's enthusiasm leads him to jump up to greet people sometimes so we are working on manners. He does like to relocate objects (shoes, stuffed animals, etc,) but is easily redirected. Buck loves to be with his people and his dog buddies. Buck is available for adoption with Saving Grace Dog Rescue of San Antonio. The adoption fee is $150.00. An adoption application, home visit and adoption contract are all required. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations appropriate for their age, microchipped, and wormed for internal and external parasites. Please note that visual breed identification in rescue dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only GUESSING at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
