About Nash

Nash is a 4 year old Rat Terrier mix who weighs around 20 pounds. He is a spunky little guy who is ready to be your best friend! Nash is the perfect guy to snuggle with on cold winter nights, take walks with when the weather warms up, and is always up for playtime in the backyard. Nash needs an active family who want a dog that likes to play and keep on the move. Nash is crate trained, but if kenneled for several hours he is ready for an outlet for his energy. Once he has run off some energy he is ready to cuddle with you for the night. Sometimes he is so snuggly you think he is trying to crawl right through you. He walks well on a leash and is also a good passenger in the car. He is a dog you could take almost anywhere dogs are allowed. Nash gets along with other dogs, gets along with cats and all people! He would love to have a playmate that can keep up with him. He is one of the most athletic dogs we have had in rescue. He would do well in a canine sport like flyball or agility. He is a very smart dog that could learn lots of tricks and commands. He would do best with an owner who likes to train and keep their dog engaged in what they are doing.
