About Huxley

Huxley is a little 5 month old chihuahua pup who was part of a large group of dogs Arizona Small Dog Rescue saved from the county shelter. Since Huxley arrived he has gotten along well with all of his canine companions, but would do best with smaller dogs as he currently weighs just under 5 pounds. Huxley is a very outgoing and friendly little boy with tons of personality! Huxley loves to play with toys and pounce around with other dogs. Huxley is good with kennel training and seems to understand to potty outside when let out, but being a puppy he will need continued training as he grows into a well mannered boy. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, licensed, and vet checked. His adoption fee is $260. His adoption fee includes a free vet visit as well as 30 days of free pet insurance. To meet him come to our shelter location 1102 W Hatcher Rd open Tuesaday to Sunday 11-6. Call for locations on weekend as we have off site adoption events that some dogs attend.
