Mollie is an olde English bulldog. We rescued her 4 years ago. She is sweet loves to get comfy. She has a puppy like disposition but will gladly snore away the day, too. We believe she is about 8 years old as when we got her the records said she was 4, though there was some confusion with the records. Our vet thought she was only 2 or 3, so that's why we are saying about 8. She is very playful but likes to sleep and snore away the day, too. She is olde english and is larger than a typcial english bulldog. She weighs about 65 pounds or so. Her legs are a little longer and her face isn't as smashed allowing her better hip health and better breathing. She hasn't had any major health issues at all since we've had her. We have a small child and for most of his life my husband has been quite ill. We had Mollie paired with a new owner but got cold feet and never went through with letting her go. Unfortunately my husband is now facing a serious abdominal surgery and lengthy recovery. We have another dog and with a toddler, full time job, and not much time to walk and play with the dogs we feel as though her quality of life is suffering. We know all of the reasons don't explain why we would make a decision to let her go, but unless you are in our shoes living each day with a chronic illness that leaves one physically and emotionally depleted, please understand. We love Mollie enough to know that she is better off with someone that can provide the love, attention and affection she craves. Update: I've had a lot of interest, however serious inquires only. We are not going to ship her anywhere so local interest or have ability to come see her in person. Thank you.
