A big Texas howdy to you! My name is Domino, and I'm an affectionate, friendly black and white tuxedo cuddle bunny with big green eyes (who's disguised as a domestic short hair cat) who was born in December 2012. Foster Meowmy says that I'm just about the most ultimate lap cat you could ever find. I'm a happy, contented boy whose purr motor almost never turns off. You can hear it best when I'm in my favorite spot -- someone's lap! (I think it sounds like a perking coffee pot.) I'm an outgoing boy who loves attention! Pet me, scratch my ears, brush me, dangle the wand toy over me -- I don't care except that I love interacting with you. You could say that I'm a gentle giant because I'm so large yet I get along so well with other cats, dogs, and children. I can't say that I've always had the life of Riley like I'm living now inside my foster home. In fact, I had rather hardscrabble beginnings living paw to mouth and doing my share of dumpster diving. A couple of years ago, I showed up as a stray outside my foster meowmy's home. She neutered me and cared for me outside but, thank heavens, brought me inside during Hurricane Harvey. After she realized how much I love to cuddle, she couldn't think of putting me back outside to fend for myself. No sirree, she figured that a sociable fella like me needs a loving family of my very own -- and the more laps on which to reside, the better! If you're looking for a terrific family pet who would fit into a lot of 2-legged and 4-legged households, look no further!!! I'm a loving, playful, gregarious boy who just wants a home where I can get lots of love and attention! Please make plans to meet me today. You won't be able to resist adopting me once I crawl up in your lap and look up at you with my big emerald eyes! That alone should lower your blood pressure! Domino is updated on shots, neutered, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/ FeLV negative, and ready for his indoor-only home. No de-clawing permitted. His adoption fee is $100, cash or check payable to Buster's Friends. Please click the contact button if you are interested in Domino, and we can let you know exactly where you can meet him.
