This beautiful girl was tied to a pole and left to fend for herself overnight in a rural part of Miami-Dade County. Thankfully a good Samaritan and friend called us and we were able to pick her up and bring her into safety. Noelle is as sweet as she is beautiful. She is petite, appx 2 years old , and is potty trained and uses a doggie door too! She loves being cuddled and she loves to play will all her furry brothers and sisters, kitties included.
