Fes is an awesome parrot with a large vocabulary. He was hand raised by Perfect Parrot in North Hollywood. We got him as soon as he was old enough. Unfortunately we don't have enough time to spend with him anymore. He is not happy and is pulling out his feathers. We don't think it's fair to him. We would love it if he had a better life with someone who can give him the love & attention that he needs.
