Talk about winning the lottery! Miss Lexi hit the motherload when she found her foster mommy while wandering through town, and in turn they found rescue. Lexi taken to the vet for her spay and vaccines, where she was found to be HW negative, yet also had some mammary tumors. After the AMAZING vet removed them, we all waited and waited for the biopsy, and then we went through one more round of xrays to make sure the tumors had grown back (this is all over a 6 month time frame), and HOORAY, she is in the clear! We are so thrilled that Lexi (who is always happy) is ready to hit the road to her new forever life! Lex gets along with dogs, cats, and kids very well. She is a true Jack, always looking for a way to escape and meet the neighbors. She would do best in a home with a privacy fence. She had brought the neighbor's chicken home for dinner on one of her outings(whoops). Lexi loves to ride in the car and talk to everyone, cuddles when time to take a break, and the first one under the covers at bed time. She in 5 years old (approx), up to date on vaccines, spayed, house trained and will let you know when she needs to go out Lexi is hoping you could be her forever family! She is located in Fuquay Varina, NC. You can fill out an application to meet her at www.russellrescue.com/adoption.
