PELU', SAVED FROM AN OWNER WHO WAS TAKEN HIM AT THE CHAIN WITH FEW FOOD Pelu' is 4 years, 15 kilos, mix setter. He has been at the house of his owner, linked to the chain, with few food..he was really bad when the volunteer saved him. Now he is in a fence with other dogs, he is ok with most of them, likes to play and the human contact. Pelu' needs urgently a foster or permanent family..there are too much dogs in that fence and he is suffering there.
