Hershey and his sister Oreo were found 2 months ago living on the streets. They were being temp fostwred by the finder while we got them fully vetted and tried to adopt them out. We were contracted tonight by the temp foster that he will no longer foster after tonight. This is a 911 as we have no available approved fosters. Please step up to take him and/or his sister!
