About Buddy

Meet Buddy! A gorgeous 18 month old Golden Retriever. We are looking to find an adopter who is able to meet Buddy at JFK Airport as he is currently in Qatar. He was dumped in the desert a few months ago, most likely by someone who bought him from a store and tired of him when he was no longer a tiny puppy. He is a very friendly dog: good with the staff at the vet clinic he is currently at, and good with other dogs (he hasn't met any cats). He is up to date on all his shots and has been neutered. If you are interested in adopting him, please send us a message and we will send you an adoption application form. If everything on the form is good, we will then put you in direct contact with our rescue partners in Qatar. We are also very happy to put in in touch with people who have also adopted dogs through us in this manner (and you can look at our Facebook page also) However, if it makes you nervous for any reason that he will be coming from overseas you are probably then best off looking for a local dog to adopt. His adoption fee partially covers the cost for him to have been neutered, vaccinated and flown to the US. He will come with his full health records and his 'healthy to fly' certificate.
