About Lexi

Very sweet dog. Started out as very submissive and low energy because she had been in a puppy mill according to her previous owner. As she got more comfortable, she did a total 180 and is high energy. Needs a yard to run in. Loves to be outdoors. Incredibly sweet. Knows how to sit and lay down. Is fully crate trained and potty trained- will wait until you get up to feed her or take her out. Loves water and playing fetch. She will bark and growl at other dogs but she isn't aggressive; spent the weekend with my sister's golden and adjusted fine. Tries to play a bit rough with cats so if you have cats, they need to have nails or at least be able to hold their own. She isn't aware of her own size. She is nervous with new people at first but all it takes is playing fetch for a couple minutes and she becomes your best friend. If challenged at all, she will become submissive immediately. She truly is a great dog but I don't have the space for her and my job doesn't allow me enough time to let her run, so she's in a cage way too much for it to be fair to her. My cats are also incredibly nervous around her and have to hide when she is out. She will come with bowls, toys, food, her Soresto flea collar, and for an extra 20, you can have her cage too. I originally paid $100 for her but I just want her to go to a good home.
