Zena is a Cream long-haired Chihuahua mix. She is approximately 7 years old and weights 7 1/2 pounds. She is house trained, puppy pad trained and social with small dogs. She was adopted from the local shelter on Dec 5th. But, having another pet is too stressful on our existing 17 year old Chi. I don't want to put her through going back to the shelter. So, I'm trying to find her a direct home. She was owner surrendered to the shelter on 11/29 due to no longer able to care for her. I took her to our Vet for a check up. She is spayed and current on shots. She was given antibiotics for a sinus infection. She will finish the antibiotics in 2 days. She is in great health. Great with people and small dogs. Niot aggressive and loves to cuddle. She does howl and bark when you leave. We just purchased a thundershirt which is helping. She is so sweet and would make an amazing companion. We are only rehoming her because it is too much stress on our senior dog. She listens, cuddles, plays with squeak toys and sleeps in the bed. She is a huge cuddle bug. Would do great with a stay at home, senior owner or someone with other Small dogs. We are asking for $250 rehoming fee to cover the adoption and part of the Vet bills.
