About Mackie

SPECIAL NEEDS DOG; Little Mackie came to us as a stray and he is the cutest little dude ever. We don't know a lot about him, but he does well with other dogs and is living near 2 cute little girls. He is a wire haired cairn terrier mix and is totally adorable. He can also be a sweet little boy once he gets to know you (may take a hot dog or 2) as he is not totally comfortable with strangers. He has the behavior of growling and potentially nipping at strangers. He needs an adopter who will take him home in foster care for a while and work with him. He will likely be comfortable in a week or less. But he may have to have his own place in the house where he can go when strangers come to the door in order to avoid him nipping and trying to protect his people. He is micro chipped, neutered and fully vaccinated and ready to go home for a foster care trial. Let us know if interested. Adoption fee is donation of choice.
