About Charlie

Meet Charlie.... he is approximately 6 years old and weighs 27 pounds. He was surrendered by his previous owner in a very neglected state as you can see by his 'before' picture. He will need love and patience to overcome the neglect he suffered. We can already see the difference in Charlie since he has been groomed and rescued from the shelter.
