About Gentle Mr Gavin

Well hello, my rescue friends named me Gavin for the handsome hunk of lovin they say I am ~ that's a LOT to live up too but I'm TOTALLY up to the task ! I'm an 2+ year old neutered male American Staffordshire Terrier blend who's known to be a TOTAL house dog who's such a Gentleman that I even shake hands in greetings, pays to be polite and mind one's manners you know, chivalry is NOT dead!!! I'm a lovable HUGE clown that ADORES hugs and frolicking with my human and canine friends. If you like walks or hiking, I'm your man ~ the consummate adventure buddy who becomes an instant couch potato indoors! I enjoy ALL my friends at our multi dog indoor foster home and am SUPER NICE to everyone I meet. I have a stable, CALM, even temperament; so I'm INTELLIGENT, easy to train, AFFECTIONATE, extremely gentle and very WELL BEHAVED indoors knowing that's the place to be kicked back. I'm also the PERFECT car companion who loads up instantly then sits QUIETLY to enjoy the ride while we go off for another adventure ~ WOO HOO !!! I'm a very LOVING soul who's super socialized, housebroken, crate trained and I even sit nicely for treats (immediately AND without being asked, thank you very much :) I love to play with toys, fetch the ball and especially enjoy car rides and playing in water! I have a heart of gold, and am super good with children because I love humans of all sizes. I learn REALLY quickly and love to please, especially in response to an experienced, calm, assertive pack leader that I respect. My foster Mom says I'm the PERFECT companion because I'm SUPER SWEET and VERY GENTLE, live to please my human(s) and have a heart as BIG as all outdoors. Do YOU need a FOREVER friend ???
