Willa is an 8 to 10 yr old spayed female Lab/ Golden Retriever mix. She weighs 50 lbs. Willa was found abandon by her family on a lonely country road. She was so happy to see the dog warden . She was taken to the animal shelter in hope of finding her Golden Years home. While at the shelter they did a heartworm test and unfortunately she tested positive. The shelter couldn't afford to treat her so they reached out to us. After seeing her picture and hearing all the wonderful things that the shelter had to say about her we had to help her. She has now been treated for heartworm and she did great with her treatment. We had her vaccinated , wormed , gave her a rabies shot and had her spayed. She is all set to go to her Golden Years home. Willa is a quiet and laid back girl. She wants love, a soft bed and good food. She has a lovely temperament and will make friends with everyone. She is such an easy - going girl. She is great with children and other dogs. We would prefer older children who can understand that she is an older girl. She is up to date on shots and wormed. She is already spayed. The adoption fee is a donation of your choice . If interested in meeting this cutie, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the foster at 419-591-6621 .
