About Penny in PoncaCity, OK

This is Penny, a four year old female smooth coat, weighing about 16 pounds. She was named Penny for the coppery spot on the right side of her face. She is spayed, up to date on her shots and has always been on regular heartworm treatments and flea/tick treatments. Penny is housebroken, leash trained and has had some obedience training. She loves to be outside! Penny is very attuned to her humans and has a very loving playful temperament. She is quite intelligent, muscular and very fast. We believe she would excel at agility trials, but we just haven't had the time to do the appropriate training. She loves to be involved in whatever you are doing outside. When she is inside, she has her special footstool and loves to be there ready for the attention, petting and especially a back scratch. Penny gets along with indoor cats, but likes to chase our outdoor cats, and she does not get along well with other female dogs. However, she loves to play with other male dogs. Penny is used to a buried fence line, but a good fenced in yard with a canine buddy would be the best home. Her rehoming fee is $150. A home visit and good reference are mandatory to adopt Penny.
