About Mocha

Today we received a call from one of our adopters that they are returning Mocha, a puppy that was adopted from us a few months ago. They told us Mocha has done nothing wrong and is still a very good girl, but they work full time and don't want her to be crated all day anymore. It is heartbreaking for us and for Mocha that once again she finds herself in need of a home, so please help us pull off a miracle and find her a new place to go, whether a foster or forever home so she does not have to go into a kennel environment to board! Mocha is now 5 1/2 months old and is still just as sweet as she was when we first met her! We originally saved her off of Craigslist in a bad area so she would never be at risk of being used for dog fighting or ever being abused. She is a pit bull/boxer mix and is dog, cat, and kid friendly. She is still working on her housebreaking and has an occasional accident, but with a more regimented home routine it sounds like that would be less of a concern. She has always been on the timid side, but very sweet and affectionate and ready to cover anyone with kisses! She was fostered by a wonderful couple when she was a puppy and they worked hard to socialize her and start her on the right foot.
