About Bear

Help us find a retirement home for bear. Can you believe someone dumped him in a kill shelter right before Christmas. He is safe in a foster home now but would very much like to share your couch with you. His foster home says he gets around pretty well and follows her around the house. The shelter thought he was about 8 or 9 yrs old. He doesn't hear or see very well and he will need arthritis medicine for the rest of his life. He ignores other dogs and cats. He has done fine with kids but he needs a quiet home where he doesn't need to go up and down stairs. He has a hard time with wood and tile floors so his new people may need to invest in carpet runners for him. He loves his foster's dog door and has not had any accidents.
