About KOKO

Koko came to us as a owner surrender. She is 4 yrs old, loving, good with other dogs and kids. She is spayed, all shots and microchipped. From her Foster Family: Koko can be a bit of a Diva at times when it comes to being around other dogs that display some high energy, so if you have a low energy dog or a submissive dog, she will be their BEST Friend.. SUPER affectionate, Loving and is friendly but can also show she can take care of herself. She had displayed some food aggression but is learning to share space with other dogs during meal time. She is excellent on a leash, though she does like to investigate the world around her during her walks. She is being kennel trained and can go long periods of time in her kennel. She is learning sit and lay down. She is very good in the car, but can be vocal if she is not moving around. She is experiencing new things, like going up and down stairs and getting into cars - she needs help getting in the car. She likes to be with people, and will make a great family dog. Koko may do better, though, with a one dog owner though she does get along with other dogs her size, if she is left alone she is Not a happy camper, she will try to escape a crate and howl, she needs a buddy to keep her company, then she will be ok. She also LOVES Kids over 7 yrs old. please. If you like Long walks, runs, jogs or hikes Koko would love to join you. Her adoption fee is $350, it covers our costs of her spay, shots and chip.
