About Oak

Meet Oak! A 7 month old Lab mix who weighs 30 lbs. He is a shy, loving, cuddle-bug who loves to snuggle on the couch, follow you around the house, and enjoys being pet. Oak takes a little time to warm up to his environment but will find his spot on the couch next to you once he does. Oak is currently crate trained and is working on house breaking. He is trying very hard to learn to walk on a leash, and does well with patience. He enjoys playing with his foster-fur-sibling as well! Oak is neutered, current with vaccines, and is fostered in Harrisburg, Pa. We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all breed dog rescue. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $300 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $350 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
