About Cider

Meet Cider, a 10 month old lab mix who weighs 40 lbs. Cider is a gentle girl waiting for someone with a big heart to rescue her. She's had a scary start in life, so she is looking for a kind, patient family to win her trust. She is intelligent, playful, and sweet natured. Once she knows she can trust you, she will shine! She is making good process with house-training utilizing a bell system and with crate training.Cider will do best in a home with another friendly, playful dog. Older children that can be calm and patient are recommended. Cider is spayed, current with vaccines, and is fostered in Conowingo, MD. We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all breed dog rescue. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $300 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $350 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
