About Mildred

Introducing Mildred! Mildred is a 6-month-old Catahoula Leopard dog who is very special and she is looking for a very special forever home! Mildred is an incredibly charming girl with a lot of love to give! Mildred is house trained, dog friendly, gets along with kids and enjoys everyone she meets! Mildred is deaf and does have some eye sight sensitivity and motion tracking difficulties due to a genetic abnormality. She is very healthy otherwise and copes well with her disability. She is a very typical puppy with lots of enthusiasm about life! She is not used to being alone and is looking for a family that will be able to spend time with her. She would also really enjoy having a dog friend! Due to her deafness and eye sight problems Mildred is looking for a very committed family that will help her learn and adapt well to her new environment. She all ready knows two basic hand signals, 'sit and off, ' and some continued work in this training will be very beneficial for Mildred and her new family!
