About Cooper

Cooper is a 'Hurricane Harvey' dog that we adopted from the Houston SPCA after the storm for our son. We have all the paperwork, including shot records. While Cooper is a super sweet and very intelligent dog, he is young and playful and we already have two elderly dogs in our home that unfortunately can't tolerate Cooper's enthusiasm. For this reason, we are looking for someone to adopt him. Cooper loves the outdoors and loves to play with ropes and chew bones and balls. He is house trained and will sleep on the floor or the bed, if allowed. He is very affectionate, loyal, and obedient. We think Cooper would do best in a home where he is allowed to play outside, preferably with other young dogs, and with owners who are able to give him the attention he deserves (i.e., walking, playing, etc.).
