About Rover

Hi I'm Rover. I'm a handsome 2 year old, 53 lb blue nose pit bull mix. My sister Bella and I were left behind when our people moved and we later landed in a shelter. Bella went to a rescue so now it's just me. Some times I'm very blue and wonder 'where did every one go?' I'm not dwelling on the past however! I'm moving on... looking on the bright side. I'm young, in good health and life is full of possibilities. I'm sure I'll find a family who will love me and never leave me because I'm a good boy, well mannered, super smart, I know basic commands, and I'm very social. Some people say I am stunning! I did love my sister Bella and think I would get along with another girl if she were sweet like her. But I would be happy being an only dog and lapping up all the attention and treats!! We are not sure how Rover is with young kids and cats. Rover is currently not safe. He is in an overcrowded shelter in the South and needs to get out soon. He needs a foster or adopter now. A local rescue may pull him if someone steps up to adopt Rover. If you have a place in your heart and home for a good boy like me, I'd love to spend the holidays or maybe forever with you.
