Rascal has a microchip already. I'm really not sure if it is hip dysplasia or from how she was dropped over a 7ft fence. This is how we came to own her, a co-worker came home and found her in her back yard. They couldn't keep her because they had 4 already. We took her in having two dogs of our own. However, we can no longer provide a home for her. The only reason is that she needs a lot of attention being a puppy still and we work and go to school so she gets mad and has stated shredding everything she gets a hold of and has cause significant financial burden on us. We now keep her out side when we are not home and this breaks our heart because she is a great fun loving puppy. We have two kids 13 and 15 and two kennel rescue dogs that are pushing 15 dog years and they play VERY well together. We just don't want to turn her over to animal control where there is a chance of euthanasia. PLEASE help RASCAL!!
