About Oscar

Young hound mix probably just over one in need of foster/rescue/adopter he has a lot of puppy energy was tied up to a telephone pole and wasn't being feed and a short chain so could hardly move around. He is not currently up on shots or nuetered but can be. He is in Charleston WV. He is super sweet but the person who has him needs help now with a place for him to go. He does know how to climb chain link fences to get out and back in if you can help in anyway. Please save this young life. Share and rescue. He won't last long in the shelter....
