Blitzen is a male puppy currently fostered in Tampa, FL (Hillsborough County). He just turned a year old on 12/16/17 and is somehow still in rescue looking for his forever home. Blitzen was born in rescue to a 25-lb smooth coat border collie mom. All his siblings and his mom have been adopted, and he is still waiting his turn. It's always heartbreaking when a puppy turns a year old in rescue, and we are hoping he will find his forever family soon. Blitzen is playful and affectionate. He loves to play with other dogs, hang out in a kiddie pool, and fetch a ball. He did great at his first dock diving lesson! He is so loved by his foster mom and will make someone a very lucky pet parent. Blitzen is housebroken, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and preventives, and microchipped.
